I just saw this video and was wondering if anyone thinks that it could be a metaphor for what's happening with home buyers these days.

We are a local organization with limited private funding and a credit line. We help prospective home buyers from NH or MA (first time or otherwise) get into a home by purchasing the home and then selling it to you with owner financing based on a regular, normal market interest rate and term.
